📦 Return Window

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Must be unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

🧾 A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

⚠️ Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

🚨 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Replacement 0r Exchange product will be delivered with 14 - 20 days .

We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Soaps 

Also, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., printed T-shirts with custom slogans)

  • Used personal care items

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn/unused

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of refund approval

  • If approved, a refund (minus 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
